Ticket for Mizunara Dinner Party

This is a ticket for Driftless Glen's Mizunara Dinner Party on the evening of Thursday, November 6th, 2025 from 5-9 pm at 300 Water St in Baraboo, WI. 

A ticket includes a cocktail during cocktail hour, 5-course dinner with spirit pairings, gratuity, & a raffle ticket for the prize drawing. 

Schedule of events:

• 5 pm • Cocktail hour begins 
• 5:45 pm • Dumping of the mizunara barrel 
• 6 pm • Dinner begins
• 8 pm • Bottling of the mizunara barrel & early access 
• 8:30 pm • Raffle prize drawing

Courses:

• Course 1: Scallop Crudo 
  • Pairing: Yuzu Gin & Tonic made with Double Cask Gin 
• Course 2: Lobster Soba Noodle Salad 
  • Pairing: Apple Sour made with Wheated Bourbon
• Course 3: Red Miso Salmon
  • Pairing: Orange-Ya Glad Old Fashioned made with Bourbon de Naranja
• Course 4: Grilled Beef Ribeye
  • Pairing: Chocolate Fig Manhattan made with Port-Finished Bourbon
• Course 4: Matcha Ice Cream with Lemon Cake & Ganache
  • Pairing: Neat pour of Mizunara
